The lot fronts on Chuck Wagon along street to the far end at the begining of the cul-d-sac. You need to verify with city, I was told they would gravel and maintain the road, then as houses get built they would asphalt 300 ft at time as houses get built. HSB archetectural building requirements are a little less here. You can do a shingle roof and save major dollars not being required to metal roof. Be sure to verfify this info with ACC to make sure rules have not changed. There are nice hardwoods. Cedars and under growth were mulched out a couple of years ago. Best distance views would probably require a 2 story built on higher side of lot.
