Client Stories from Lost Creek

Lost Creek was the obvious choice for us — Eanes ISD, the country club, and a neighborhood where kids still ride bikes to each other's houses. Joe had sold in Lost Creek before and knew which sections had the best access to the club and which ones backed up to the golf course. We ended up on a cul-de-sac two blocks from the pool. Joe also explained the Westlake Country Club membership options, which was helpful since we weren't familiar with how it worked.

We relocated from Phoenix for my wife's job at Apple. Joe mapped out Lost Creek, Davenport Ranch, and Rob Roy as our three options in the Eanes ISD zone. Lost Creek won on value — we got a renovated four-bedroom with a pool for about $300K less than comparable homes in Rob Roy. Joe also pointed out that the Westlake Country Club renovation was adding value to the whole neighborhood. We've been here a year and are very happy with the decision.

Cara sold our Lost Creek home when we upsized to Barton Creek. She understood the Lost Creek buyer — typically a family moving up from a starter home who wants Eanes schools without the Westlake Hills price tag. She marketed the home to that exact audience and we had a full-price offer in 10 days. The buyers were exactly the profile she described. Her market knowledge is really specific and that makes a difference.
