A true rare find. Country living inside the city limits. Currently feeds into some of Austin’s best schools which are Patton, Small, and Bowie. The home has recently been painted on the outside. The interior is in excellent condition with no carpeting and no popcorn ceilings. In addition to the three bedrooms and two bath, there is a flex room off kitchen that can be used for a small office.
