Driftwood Golf & Ranch Club is a private, members-only community by Discovery Land Company, set on more than 800 acres of Texas Hill Country in Driftwood, about 25 minutes southwest of downtown Austin. Founded in 2019, it centers on an 18-hole Tom Fazio championship course that opened in 2022, running through mature oaks, seasonal creeks, and steep elevation changes. The community spans two parcels, The Creek and The Ranch, with large custom estate homesites and more than 70 acres of working vineyards on the former Salt Lick land. Membership is limited, and buying a home does not guarantee club access. Membership terms and property pricing are private and set by the club. Dripping Springs ISD serves the community, the Salt Lick BBQ sits next door, and 290-corridor wineries and dining are a short drive away.
