Austin Country Club, Barton Creek, and UT Golf Club are all in Eanes ISD (Westlake High School, Bridge Point Middle, Eanes Elementary) - consistently ranked top 5 in Central Texas. Flintrock Falls and Hills of Lakeway are in Lake Travis ISD, also highly regarded. Spanish Oaks and Driftwood are in Dripping Springs ISD, which has built new campuses to keep up with rapid growth. River Place is in Leander ISD, one of the state's largest and fastest-growing districts.

The combination of course maintenance (which functions as a neighborhood amenity maintained by club dues rather than HOA), controlled development density, and member-driven community standards creates lasting value.
