School district matters for families. Austin Country Club and Barton Creek are in Eanes ISD, consistently ranked among the top districts in Central Texas. Flintrock Falls, Hills of Lakeway, and Spanish Oaks are in Lake Travis ISD. UT Golf Club and River Place are in Leander ISD, with Vandegrift High School as the key academic driver. Driftwood is in Dripping Springs ISD, and Loraloma is in the Spicewood/Thomas Ranch corridor served by Marble Falls ISD.
