We were introduced to Joe Keenan and Cara Keenan by two sets of friends who'd worked with them on multiple home purchases and sales, so they came with strong recommendations. We were impressed by their knowledge and professionalism when we first spoke and also by their engaging and friendly personalities—knowing our friends - who have very high standards! - were pleased with their work gave us a lot of confidence in working with them. Cara Keenan and Joe Keenan are ridiculously good at what they do. They helped us sell our house, and we are so happy that we had them on our side throughout. A couple of things, in particular, stand out. Cara Keenan did a fabulous job of assessing exactly where we needed to put work into our house before selling it to really convince potential buyers of its value and where we didn't need to put in work, and things would be fine. After that, Cara Keenan and her team went way above and beyond what I ever expected from a real estate agent. They found good contractors, oversaw every aspect of the work, from painting to electrical to various repairs, and stepped in every time anything went wrong to get it fixed before we even started worrying. When we finally put our house on the market, Cara Keenan and Joe Keenan expertly navigated a complicated multiple-offer situation in a way that resulted in a much better outcome for us than we expected. An agent less expert could easily have fumbled that one. We are so happy that we were working with Cara Keenan and Joe Keenan. You cannot go wrong with this team.

Joe Keenan made my first time home buying experience easy and comfortable. I selected the ones I liked and we were physically viewing within days. I could instantly tell if I liked a house or not and Joe Keenan would be right there with me - ready to leave at a moment's notice or ready to call the seller if I was very interested. Never trying to talk me into something I didn't want or making excuses for a lackluster home. A few of the houses I picked were near railroad tracks and he told me up front that not only will the train whistle wake me up at night, but reselling would be very difficult. I was just looking for a place to store my junk, but Joe Keenan came at it from all sides, informed me of the various aspects of home ownership, and guided me to make a wise thoughtful decision that I'm very proud of. I would recommend Joe Keenan to anyone that is seriously interested in buying a house. Weekends were the only time I could view homes and Joe Keenan understood completely. Every weekend Joe Keenan and I would go looking at available houses until I found the right one. His flexibility was impeccable. I also appreciated his willingness to help on all levels even though I wasn't buying a very expensive home. When my mom passed away and, as executor, I knew I was responsible for selling her townhouse, I was a bit nervous. I had never sold a house before, but my daughter and son-in-law, Emily and Dave Rowe had sold a couple with the help of their friends, Joe Keenan and Cara Keenan. I was very impressed with their experiences - in both cases, they sold quickly and over the asking price! When I met with Joe Keenan and Cara Keenan, they were very confident about the list price and described how everything would go from prepping the house to taking photos and video and listing the property to reviewing offers. And everything happened exactly the way they described it! Their team did an excellent job. I met Sean at the house as he was working on repairs, changing fixtures, painting, and clearing out the final bulk trash items on the property and he did an excellent job. One of the things that had impressed me when they sold my daughter and son-in-law's houses were the excellent photos - which is important since most people get their first look at the property online. And these photos did not disappoint. They were beautiful. And even though the house was vacant, Leah kept me informed of all the activities taking place at the house. I don't remember the name of the program, but I got an email whenever the house was being shown to a client or previewed by an agent. Throughout the process, Joe Keenan and Cara Keenan kept in touch with me by phone, email, and text making the whole process efficient and nearly effortless for me – and I appreciate that! Suffice it to say, we have had a great experience with Joe Keenan. We all worked hard to get the house on the market. And he was patient with us with all our questions. With his experience and his network, we were able to get things ready and get things set up. He was able to guide us and gave us necessary space. And he was available when we needed to talk and were ready to move forward. Folks each have different support needs and Gina and I's requirements are directness and communication. At the same time, we need some time to move forward on actions and review next steps. Joe Keenan is able to provide both space, time and communicate. We would and will recommend Joe Keenan.
