Large ONE STORY IN JESTER w/4 bed & 3 baths & an office. In the last 5 years only 5 one stories over 2800 Sf have come on the in our MLS. So if you want a large one story this may be the last one for this year in Jester. This is one of my favorite floorplans of all time. One bedroom is set up as an office with bookshelves but can be a bedroom. The other two bedrooms are nice size too. About a five minute walk & you are at the Jester pool, w/tennis & play area. Or if you want more adventure the Bull Creek Preserve and park are on both sides of 360 just minutes away. Pull up a map of Jester & see how it is surrounded by a nature preserves. Jester sits on top of a hill with only 2 ways in and out. So there is little cut thru traffic.
