Chelsea Ehlert

Chelsea Ehlert leads client experience for the Keenan Group, where her job is to make sure every client feels looked after from the first conversation through closing. She has spent nearly a decade in Austin real estate, most of it in operations and transaction management, building the systems and communication habits that keep a busy team running without details slipping.

A licensed REALTOR® since 2016, Chelsea has worked nearly every side of a real estate business: onboarding and training, transaction coordination, technology rollouts, and team leadership. She has supported hundreds of transactions, so she knows where deals get stuck and how to keep them moving. That operational depth is what she brings to Keenan Group clients: fewer surprises, clearer communication, and details handled before they become problems.

Chelsea was born and raised in Austin and has deep roots in Central Texas. She and her husband, a military veteran who now serves as a first responder, came home in 2014 and put down roots in Buda, where they are raising their three children. That lifelong connection to the area gives her a real appreciation for the people and neighborhoods that make Austin worth calling home.
