Nicole Herrera

Nicole Herrera has spent nearly two decades in real estate, and she brings the discipline of a former Division I college athlete to every file she touches. First licensed in 2006, she built her career with the largest real estate company in the Gulf South, and in 2013 she created and led its Residential Leasing Division, supporting leasing across 15 offices throughout Louisiana.

After 14 years in Louisiana, Nicole and her wife moved back to Texas in early 2015. Austin became home when she joined a boutique title company, where she built the deep ATX industry relationships she still relies on today. She went on to serve as Transaction Manager for a luxury Austin broker, handling everything from marketing and listing preparation to closing coordination.

In 2024 she founded Coordinate TX, a team of experienced transaction and marketing coordinators who support Realtors and their clients across the state. For the Keenan Group, Nicole manages contract-to-close and listing coordination, keeping every deal organized, on schedule, and moving toward a clean closing.

She credits her thorough understanding of residential real estate to the people she has worked with along the way. When she is not coordinating a closing, you will most likely find her with her family at their property in Boerne, Texas.
