Some homes need more than a listing page. Each home here gets the full story: who designed it, how it was built, how it works day to day and, for some, how we brought it to market. Each page carries our photography and, where we have one, a film.

The Lantern, Northwest Hills: a Jeffrey Dungan design with interiors by M. Naeve of Houston, sold premarket and never listed on the MLS.

The Vista Residence, Highland Park West: a Miró Rivera home of board-formed concrete, white oak and a three-story steel stair, looking out to the downtown skyline. Privately available.

6109 Mountain Villa Circle, Cat Mountain: a 1980 Alan Taniguchi design. We renovated the kitchen, bar, dining room, media room and pool area over eight months, then sold it.

403 Graciosa Cove, Westlake Hills: a Webber + Studio modern with glass walls and a 75-foot lap pool on 1.1 wooded acres, sold in October 2024.

1810 W 35th Street, Bryker Woods: Old World detail with a courtyard pool, an elevator and two rooftop decks, sold in April 2026.

5405 Montview, Allandale: a 2022 Lohr Homes contemporary with five bedrooms, a main-level primary suite and a heritage oak shading the backyard, sold in August 2026.
