Wonderful Allandale North....It just keeps getting better! A perfect example is 1805 Palmwood Cove. Some recent improvements include paint, windows, totally renovated bathrooms, and a kick-ass new kitchen. Everybody wants a mid-century home close to town but, they don't get kitchens like this one.
