This house is immaculate and shows beautifully with many updates through the years including the wood floors throughout most of the house, plantation shutters, french doors from three different rooms to the gorgeous backyard, the most beautiful oaks you will see in this area most of which were planted as saplings by the owner 38 years ago. Located on a quiet cul de sac the front is framed by majestic oaks and a beautifully landscaped front yard and courtyard. Starting with the tiled walkway and covered front porch which is perfect for sitting on in the evening and waving to neighbors, this home has been lovingly cared for and the attention to detail is evident. The open foyer leads to a large family room with one step down and a stone fireplace flanked by bookcases with a beautiful dry bar on the opposite wall. The french doors open onto the deck that is built around a 200 year old oak that offers great shade. The opposite side of the room opens to the large formal dining that was expended to add 50 square feet and new french doors to another great patio for more entertaining space. Back inside the primary has 3 steps down into it but has the same great access and view onto the deck and backyard and attached updated bath with walk in closet. The island kitchen & breakfast are bright and inviting with the utility room to one side. The two extra bedrooms are tucked down the hallway for great privacy and both have walk in closets and share an updated bath. The best news is the one week old roof!!!
